Phambili assist in ensuring compliance with various labour legislations, draft organisational policies and procedures, chair disciplinary hearings, offer advices on the process of employee discipline.
HR Strategy and HR Risk Management
Human resources strategy is the cornerstone that provides the synergy as well as vertical and horizontal integration of all processes and functions within the organisation. The HR strategy is developed and implemented to deliver the business strategy through its alignment with the business strategy as well as with all other HR plans and policies.
